Awesome

We enjoyed our stay every time because the staff are very accommodating and polite. If you're into arts, you'll surely love this hotel for its artsy interior designs. Great value for your money. Very accessible to Mandaue and Cebu City. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

nice boutique hotel with 'cool' rooms and atmosphere...super helpful staff... good breakfast in nice setting. There are quite a few restaurants and malls in the more immediate vicinity...

the location as such (not the 'fault' of the hotel)...but given that traffic in Cebu is almost as bad as in Manila it can be rather cumbersome to go downtown.

Exceptional

Absolutely everything! I thoroughly enjoyed every last thing and will stay whenever I next return to Cebu. From the moment I arrived, it was pure pleasure. The decor of the entire place, food on menus, location to amenities, spaciousness of rooms, privacy, comfortable everything, versatility (offers) and responsiveness of the staff is above par. Special shout to Theresa on reception and to Kevin in the restaurant for being wonderful representatives of this gorgoues hotel. Their awareness, attentiveness and attitudes stood out as genuine and very professional in my opinion. I wish them every success in their respective work careers. Big thank you to Belle on reception for providing me with a small souvenir from Henry when requested, much appreciation. I look forward to my return to Henry and suggest you experience all of the above for yourself. Not just exceptional. It's outstanding

Excellent and enjoyable stay.

We like the cleanliness and the unique artistic design of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pool.

Very Good

The bedroom decoration was great. Visually it's kinda of cute and nice for photos. The size of the bedroom was very big (bedroom on the new wing "Big Nouveau". Love the lobby deco.

Serious soundproof issues. Can easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms but also people walking in the corridor. Access to the electrical plugs (charging phone, extra battery...). The plugs are hidden inside the "bedside" table... No "on&off" light buttons next to bed....so you need to stand up and go to bedroom entrance in order to switch off lights.... No bedside lamp...you need to switch on the 2 big lamps....not very restful ambiance, too bright. Tv a bit small for the size of the bedroom. The bathroom is way too big....especially it's almost empty. If you wish to be environmental friendly hotel....the bathroom sink shouldn't be that deep. Nobody will fill the sink but visually it's not "green". Breakfast ? Hummmm too basic. Or maybe too "local" for foreign taste. But cheap so it's fine.

Lovely hotel ran by lovely staff.

We had an incredible room. Pool was relaxing.

Location was not easy although there is a lovely Italian restaurant near by and a great jazz club.

Cute boutique hotel

Stayed only two days and while we spent most of them time doing tours we loved the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. We’d the XX Large room for 4 adults and it was huge! Spacey and comfortable. Lovely pool too.

Restaurant staff was slow but that seems to be the norm in the Philippines.

Pop art vibe through the whole hotel!

The Henry is amazing! We stayed here on our first night in the Philippines and decided to come back for our last night 25 days later. The rooms are magnificent, they all have this pop art kind of vibe, as the rest of the hotel has! The pool is great, as is the outside area. There are some great shops in the hotel lobby.

I only expected the breakfast to be better. This is a buffet but I expected more of it.

Stuff is very friendly

Outdated rooms. Especially bathrooms. Stained toilet and stained grout in shower. Shower floor not properly sloped so water was flowing to the toilet. Not worth the price

I always stay here when I come to Cebu because the hotel is nice and cosy, and the staff are the best. They always assist me with all my needs and they’re very sympathetic. The rooms are great, each room is different and they’re always clean with everything you need.

Modern, "funky" facilities.

Modern, "funky" facilities. I would recommend overall.

They were stingier than their Henry Manila facilities, giving us 1 shampoo between 2 people, no slippers, no body lotion, etc. They did not show local experience in assisting with excursion planning: while they thought it was raining heavily the next day, it was sunny and we missed out on a tour. As they know the local weather, they should have advised us to book the tour anyway and see what the weather holds the next day. We lost a day instead... Their tours are significantly more expensive than other hotels.

Staff were lovely.

Staff were lovely. The room was huge and very clean. Loved all the quirky design features. Excellent value for the price we paid.

Breakfast selection was a bit limited. The area felt very safe but not particularly central - we had to get taxis to most places.

Cool hotel w/ AMAZING shower

Best shower in the world!! Huge bathrooms. Super comfy beds and massive rooms. Love the interior style. Staff are lovely and helpful. Location is pretty good.

You can hear quite a lot through the bedroom walls. There aren't many common areas to hang out in, other than the restaurant and pool area (and the pool area isn't very spacious). We were hoping for a bit of a bar scene, but the restaurant is more like a cafe.

Always a great stay at The Henry Hotel Cebu.

The rooms are comfy and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Have more choices of food in the breakfast buffet, maybe a better mix of choices between Filipino or local food and western food.
